Overview
Jerome Kerkman concentrates in complex business litigation and transaction matters. Frequently, the opposition is on the verge of bankruptcy or insolvency. Kerkman Law Office, Ltd. was founded in 2001, although Mr. Kerkman has practiced since 1984. Prior to founding the firm, he had considerable "big firm" experience with Quarles & Brady, a national firm, with approximately 300 lawyers. He then joined a law school friend and was the managing partner of a five person firm. In April, 2001, he founded Kerkman Law Office, Ltd.
